LEVEL 2 COMMUNITY ACTIVATOR COACH
Rewarding Results
Future Apprenticeships Community Activator Coach will be a positive role model who builds good rapport with customers – especially those who are young, inactive or from low-income and marginalized communities. They will work alongside youth workers and police to keep neighbourhoods safer, whilst also working with health workers to make residents fitter and healthier. The Community Activator Coach promotes, delivers and coaches fun, inclusive and engaging activities. This standard is ideal for new employees who want to learn and progress, or for existing employees who are looking to retrain or upskill. It is ideal for an employee who is looking to develop leadership skills in their industry. Specific job roles include; Activator, Sports Coach, Activity Leader, Community Worker or Outreach Officer.
LEVEL 3 COMMUNITY SPORT & HEALTH OFFICER

Future Apprenticeships Level 3 Community Health Officer is for members of staff whose job it is to engage people in sport and physical activity across their local community or school. By working within and across local organisation's and schools individuals will scope, organise and coordinate the delivery of opportunities for pupils and local communities to get more physically active.
LEVEL 4 SPORTS COACH

Future Apprenticeships Level 4 Sports Coach offers a specialism in 3 areas.
HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORT COACHES: develop athletes and players in high-performance settings, including those on talent or development pathways, national or international programmes, professional or podium environments.
COMMUNITY SPORT COACHES: motivate and engage people of all ages and abilities in community sports and physical activity settings. Community sport includes local authority, charity and national governing body of sport community initiatives or clubs. SCHOOL SPORT COACHES: collaborate with teachers to develop pupils’ mastery of psychomotor skills by applying a whole child approach in their coaching. They work in all categories of school and registered childcare environment
LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

Future Apprenticeships Early Years Educators are highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe. They work in a range of settings including full day care, children’s centres, pre-schools, reception classes and as childminders. They may either be working on their own or supervising others to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by Government for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old.
LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Future Apprenticeships Level 3 Teaching Assistant will aid in supporting the teacher to enhance pupil’s learning and ensure that each individual understands the work set and their learning objectives. Participants will build on their pastoral skills by promoting self belief, social inclusion and high self-esteem into each pupil’s well-being
LEVEL 2 PLAYWORKER
This occupation is found in a range of play settings offering different models of Playwork. Most Playworkers are employed in the voluntary or public sector, while others work in the private sector. Playworkers may work in local community settings, such as Before and After School Clubs, Adventure Playgrounds and Mobile Play Provision, for example a Playbus. They may also offer play sessions in Women’s Refuges, Prisons and Hospitals, as well as play ranger sessions in open spaces such as parks and woodlands. Playschemes are also offered in sport and leisure centres where Playworkers may be employed. Playwork jobs roles vary according to the type of service being provided and children being supported. Typical employers include local councils and government, charities and voluntary management committees, private companies offering After School/Breakfast/Holiday clubs and private day care nurseries.
LEVEL 3 TEAM LEADER OR SUPERVISOR

Future Apprenticeships Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor is designed to prepare your leaders with the full range of techniques and skills they need to manage people, develop relationships alongside delivering results.
This course will enable your staff to learn how to lead people and projects effectively, they will also gain a strong awareness of their own strengths.
Upon completion, your Team Leaders will understand a wide range of skills and strategies as well as how they can best apply their new expertise to contribute to your business development and growth.
