Future Apprenticeships Level 3 Teaching Assistant will aid in supporting the teacher to enhance pupil’s learning and ensure that each individual understands the work set and their learning objectives. Participants will build on their pastoral skills by promoting self belief, social inclusion and high self-esteem into each pupil’s well-being.
Entry requirements It is desirable that candidates would have achieved a level 2 in Maths and English (equivalent to GCSE Grade C or above) prior to commencing their Apprenticeship training. For those Apprentices who are yet to achieve a level 2 in English and Maths, they will have the opportunity to complete these qualifications during their Apprenticeship. Our Learning approach
Future Apprenticeships offer a blended approach to delivery which could include webinars, face-to-face, telephone and online learning to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard.

Duration: 18 months
Level 3 qualification: Equivalent 2 A levels
